Lark is the most direct answer to the same question we are answering: put the whole thing in one product instead of five. This page is deliberately short, and the note under the table explains why — Lark publishes its plan limits only on pages our verification bot cannot read, so we do not put those numbers in front of you.
Capability by capability
Every line about Lark was read on its own pages on 24 September 2026. Where we are still building something, the table says so.
| Lark | ||
|---|---|---|
| Conversation | ||
| What it is | A suite: chat, documents, video meetings, a spreadsheet-like base and tasks under one login, from ByteDance. | A European Business OS: chat, boards, processes, calendar and culture, with tickets and CRM in development. |
| Where it runs | ||
| Who you sign with | For a customer incorporated anywhere except Japan and the United States — which includes Poland and the rest of the EU — the contracting entity is Lark Technologies Pte. Ltd., a Singapore company at 1 Raffles Quay, Singapore. | HOMtu® sp. z o.o., a Polish company, on European infrastructure at OVHcloud. |
| The law that applies | Singapore law. | Polish law. |
| Where a dispute goes | Not to a court. Disputes are referred to arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, seated in Singapore, before a single arbitrator, in English. | An ordinary Polish court, in Polish, in your own country. |
| A European contracting entity | There is none. Lark’s customer terms name only a Singapore and a Japanese entity. | The company you contract with is registered in Poland and has no parent company elsewhere. |

Giving the point away
Three of them, and none is a throwaway. If these are what your team runs on, Lark is the right answer and we would rather you knew now.
Chat, documents, meetings, a base and tasks under one login, at a scale we have not reached. If the question is simply whether a single suite can replace five subscriptions, Lark answered it before we did.
Translation, multilingual subtitles and time-zone handling are in Lark’s bones, because its home market needs them. A company working across Asia and Europe will feel that.
Lark’s free plan is built for a team rather than a trial, and on the headline number of people it is more generous than our eight. We would rather point at that than leave you to find it.
Where the difference shows
Lark’s terms send disputes to arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, seated in Singapore, before one arbitrator, in English. Ours go to an ordinary Polish court, in Polish, in the country your company is registered in.
Lark’s customer terms name a Singapore company and a Japanese one. For a European buyer with a procurement questionnaire, that is the first line and it does not improve further down.
Whatever the product does, the agreement governing it is read under the law of Singapore. Ours is read under Polish law, which your own lawyer already knows.
Feedback Friday, kudos, leaderboards, anniversaries and surveys from the free plan; pulse surveys and eNPS from Workspace — sold with the plan, not as a separate module.
Switch between client organisations without logging out, with every notification from every module and every organisation in one list.
This page is short because we hold ourselves to a rule: a claim about a competitor has to rest on a page our verification bot can fetch and re-read every day. Lark’s plan pages are drawn in the browser, so the numbers are not here. We would rather be short than unverifiable.
