Giving the point away
Three of them, and none is a throwaway. If these are what your team runs on, Atlassian (Jira + Confluence + Loom) is the right answer and we would rather you knew now.
Workflows, permission schemes, JQL, sprints, releases. Nobody in this category models software delivery as precisely as Jira, and Confluence beside it is a real wiki, not a notes app.
Jira, Confluence and Loom share an account and an admin. For a company that has already standardised on Atlassian, adding a fourth Atlassian product is much cheaper than adding a fourth vendor.
Atlassian’s EMEA customers contract under the laws of the Republic of Ireland with venue in the Irish courts. That is European law, and calling it "an American vendor" would be the kind of half-truth we have promised not to write.
Where the difference shows
Atlassian has no messenger. A team on Jira and Confluence talks in Slack or Teams and pastes links back, which means the reasoning lives with a fourth vendor. In taos the conversation is the ground floor and the work grows out of it.
Jira, Confluence, Loom — and SSO, SCIM and directory sync need an Atlassian Guard Standard subscription unless you are on Enterprise. Single sign-on is not a feature you should have to buy separately.

Jira and Confluence are contracted with an Australian company and Loom with an American one. Irish law governs for EMEA, which is fair to say — but ours is one Polish company, under Polish law, with nothing above it.
