Giving the point away
Three of them, and none is a throwaway. If these are what your team runs on, Google Workspace + Asana/Trello is the right answer and we would rather you knew now.
Docs, Sheets and Slides are the best real-time collaborative editors there are. We keep ours deliberately simple, and yours should stay in Workspace — that is exactly why we built two-way calendar sync instead of a competing suite.
Workspace and Asana or Trello both connect to almost everything, and both have been hardened by millions of teams. Our integration list is shorter and will be for a while.
A person who has never seen it is productive in a minute, and a guest on a single board is free on every plan. For lightweight, client-facing work that simplicity is a genuine advantage over anything we offer.
Where the difference shows
In this stack the conversation is in Google Chat and the work is in Asana or Trello, so a decision becomes a task with a link and loses the argument behind it. In taos the message is the task, and the task answers back into the channel.
Workspace has no free edition, Asana’s Personal plan is two seats, and Trello’s ten collaborators include guests and unaccepted invitations. Ours is eight people with chat, boards, surveys, kudos and the dashboard.

A Trello guest sees every card on the board they are on. Ours sees one named channel and one project on Boards, with permissions on every plan.

Mail, documents and the drive stay where they are, and every dated task syncs both ways with Google Calendar. We replace the tools stacked on top of Workspace, and we are a Polish company under Polish law while we do it.
